First, press the multi-function button once to enter Bletooth mode; then select the device name in your phone's Blyetooth settings. Ensure the device is within 10 meters without obstacles, and restart the device or clear the phone's Bluetooth cache if pairing fails.

Too soft: Turn up the volume via the "+" button, reposition the vibrator to fit the skin, or clean the microphone (avoid debris blockage).
Whistling: Lower the volume via the "-" button, tighten the fit rope, or reposition the vibrator to sit flat against the skin.
